I’m a part-time vegan

Let me introduce you to my breakfast.

Enchanté, I’m sure.   Would you like to meet my lunch?

strawberry-banana smoothie, homemade tortilla chips, baby carrots, and guacamole.

Sorry, dinner couldn’t make it to the party – it was too marinated to see straight.

Do you see a trend? (or did you read my title?)  That’s right, friends.  I have decided to abandon the animal products while the sun is in the sky.  By the moonlight, though, I submit to my carniverous desires (meow!).

Three out of the four times that I eat every day are vegan.  I’ve found that this system enables me to make the healthiest choices throughout the day – my vegan meals consist of lots of fruits, veggies, and whole grains, and my non-vegan meal (which is typically dinner) will be some type of meat, whole grains, and lots of veggies!

Oh, and lots of almond butter.  But you guys already know how much I love that.
